Make an impact for generations to come.

Help us help you! Our future depends on this space to create an entirely self sufficient and eco-friendly work space hosting engineers, tinkerers, and innovators to help create solutions to our endemic world issues. We want to change the way we produce energy, recycle our waste, upcycle used items, and decrease our negative effect on the earth. We'd like to showcase the possibilities of a cleaner and brighter future.

This building will first go through a full transformation from its current conditions into an Ultra Passive Construction. This means the building will be made with energy efficiency at the core of its design. The building will be renovated with sustainable and recycled materials, and run on renewable energy like solar panels and wind powered turbines.

Most impactful for us however, is the opportunity to provide the local community with various exciting new technologies in the realm of recycling, clean energy, jobs, and a safe space for ideas and exploration into innovation and new technologies. We will be converting plastic waste, glass, and textiles into an array of new alternative building materials. These will be used in the development of affordable housing projects both domestically and internationally.

Additionally, this center will also serve as a job training center, volunteer/internship hotspot, and a Research & Development lab for our partner universities. We plan to turn this center into a community hub of economic synergy and aim to employ upwards of 50 local residents once fully developed and functioning. The building process plan is to utilize local eco-builders and suppliers of eco-friendly materials to stimulate local jobs and small businesses.
